Got this cigar at the Havana Dreams HERF. Saw ads for it in the CA before but this is the first time I actually saw the cigar.

SORRY NO PICS

The cigar is a corona size with a very nice maduro wrapper. Once I removed the cello and gave smelled the foot I already knew this will be an interesting smoke. Construction looked great and the cut proved me right.

It took to the light effortlessly and burned perfectly all the way through without any retouching efferts. The site lists this blend as a mellow one but I would categorize it on the higher end of medium with plenty of spiciness and flavor without any harshness. Lot of smoke especially for the corona sizid stick. Ash is greyish white and holds very nicelly.

Although the flavor is the same all the way trough the cigar it is very pleasant enough to keep you interested till the end. Besides the spiciness I think there are some roasty(nuts) and smokiness notes to it.

I am not sure of the price point on this cigar as I have not seen it in any stores but I would love to get a few more and if the consistency is there I would buy a box.

EDIT TO ADD PAIRING INFO

I paired the cigar with a Bacardi white on teh rocks with some Kahlua mixed in for flavor

Very good revew. I had the exact same one last Sunday and I had the same impressions as you. I thought it was a good cigar. They sent me a printout of their cigar prices and they list the Wholesale price as $72 for a box and $145 suggested retail.

Nice review  ! Eventhough I never heard of these before. I just checked in that humidor I won at that herf to see if I had one but I guess I did not. But I did get a few cigars that I never heard of before.

I bet Cgardan here is going to come up with some reviews of some fantastic smokes sometime soon. ;)
