I was at a herf last night...with some friends..

I had a A/F "HUMIDOR BAG" full of 3 OPUS x's.. 2 PAM's and 3 ISOM RYJ.

Long story short.. Parked in a no parking after a certain time by accident..(not visible signs) Well the car got towed....

Well the bad news is The cigars sat overnight in 5-10 degree weather... :( (been real cold in Chicago

Are they done for? Does extreme cold ruin them? Any thing i need to know or do?

Thanks..

Let them warm up to room temperature before smoking.

Only one night isn't going to really destroy them. Just put them back in the humidor and let em rest for a few days and they should be fine.

Remember some people deep freeze thier cigars to prevent bugs. Just look at it like that

It shouldn't cause harm to your cigars. Extreme heat is what I'd be worried about.

I leave my cigars in a ziplock in the glove box for days at a time in the winter. I even light 'em up when they're freezing.

Never had a problem.

NO WAIT, I heard Opux and PAM's get ruined when they freeze. Send them to me for proper disposal. Since I don't really like RyJ's, cold weather doesn't bother them ;)

Those FOG's are always bustin chops.....

Everyone knows that this time of year, you have to send them south of the Mason Dixon line, say to a place like Charlotte NC, for proper thawing.....it's a cold air can't hold the right level of humidity kinda thing.....yeah, that's it........I read about it on CW I think

LOL!! Thanks GUys..

My babies are back in the humi... ..Almost panicked for a minute..LOL!!

no need to worry. How do you think the cigar passes, and other bombs are working out? They travel on a USPS truck and I doubt they are climate controlled.
