I have a small armoire size humidor that after twenty years and a few moves into a warmer climate I think its time for a refurb. I got a complete set-up from Robert Staebell last year, then decided to crack my leg. Three months later they decided to break it into three pieces and add a bunch of titanium, so it got delayed. Now the weather is changing and its time to get back in the shop.
Anyone else go down this road?
If you did whats your climate, how much insulation did you add?
Worst part of doing this was why. When I made this last move the movers lost a really cool controller housing that Sage at Petrogyph Designs made for me like 15 years ago. I think I actually posted pictures of it on here back then. It was about half the size of a shoe box and held the controller facing the front, then the top opened to hold lighters etc.
