I think his shop is in Plymouth, MI
 
He lives in Livonia..... Plymouth is right next door anyway. I want to say it was on Ann Arbor trail just off of 275. Only been there once.
 
Yeah, he goes by the name "smokers only".

Thats probably A little further than you want to drive for the shops I hit.I have heard Dearborn has some nice shops though.

Yes, his shop is also called Smokers Only. It's a decent tobacco shop with a Walk In Humi about 8 x 10 (if I remember correctly)

Yeah, it is the same JR's. The store is located off of Northwestern Highway around 12 mile Rd on the west side. The entire store is a humidor, and they have a great selection of stuff and friendly help! The only thing missing is a lounge, you just smoke wherever you can find a spot to stand!

Let me know if you ever want to get together for a smoke, Im just in Roseville. I know there is a group that gets together on the first Saturday of the month in Southfield. They meet around 11am at JR's, and then move on to the Copper Canyon Brewery off of Telegraph.

Im close to JR's while at school here. I am at Northwestern and 10 mile. I may have to make a trip there soon.
 
Sounds interesting. My gf is in St Clair Shores, so I'm near roseville a lot of weekends, I drive thru southfield when the construction on 94 gets too bad. We should set up a MI herf over break.
 
Ryan started a thread for a Michigan Herf, I think it's in the event column. Probably on Sunday the 26th, either in Novi or Livonia area. I will be attending, and will most likely be bringing my friend Dale "cigarwolverine52", and who knows, maybe more east siders as well.

Dude, all of you cigar smokers in michigan and no one even mentioned trader toms! Toms rocks!

Its on the south side of 7 mile about a 1/4mile east of northville rd....

best humidor in town, hands down!

Are we gonna see you on Sunday the 26th? We are trying to organize a herf for the Michiganders and whoever else wants to make the trip.
Tentatively at the Local Color Brewing Company, time yet to be determined, although I guess Im hoping later in the day. I have another engagement earlier.
