Okay, I'm going to attempt ONE LAST TIME to get smokes from Altadis. This will be my 3rd or 4th time over the past year going over there and signing up and have yet to receive anything. One....last....time. :laugh:

Thats weird you guys haven't gotten your stuff. I've gotten every time I placed an order.

I AM AMAZED!
Like others, I sign-up, submit info and Altadis routinely lets me down!
For such a big organization they REALLY need to learn a great deal about customer service IMO.
