Best value Havanas in the UK!

Prices seem very high compared to other vendors. Has anyone dealt with this vendor before? Looks like he has some seriously aged stock, but I don't know anything about him.

Not coming down on him at all, but seems very high, looking for more info.

The quick answer is exchange rates - note "Havanas in the UK"

The long answer is take it to PM.

I'm well aware of exchange rates in the UK, I have dealt with UK vendors before, none of which have had prices as high as this one. Please explain to me who I'm supposed to PM about a vendor if I don't know who they have dealt with? A vendor posts an obvious list of Cuban cigars, but when wondering about their legitimacy, I'm supposed to PM random people? If anything, from my response, a PM conversation could take place, but based on a 1 post thread, who do you propose I PM regarding this issue?

Not trying to be difficult here, but just somewhat confused by the situation.

Also, the hellish tobacco taxes and VAT in the UK. About the aged stock, some of those prices aren't too terribly unreasonable considering the age and rarity.

I wasn't really quesitoning the aged sticks. Those obviously have a good amount of age on them and are quite rare. What I was wondering about was the "typical" sticks. Like I mentioned, I'm not looking to come down on anyone, just looking to verify someone who is posting on the forum before I, or anyone else that hasn't seen their posts before moves forward.

I see. Well, this particular vendor is very-well known and I personally have never heard any complaints about him.

Does this sound familiar ?: Please do not discuss sources ( that means don't talk about cuban cigar retailers )

Try PMing an established member who has a soft spot for difficult noobs.

Didn't you recently tear into someone for talking about Cuban cigars and their vendors?

Just saying...

my question was about the vendor thats posted within this thread, not about an outside vendor. I apologiEs for my previous outburst because it was obviously out of line. I did not THI k that raising a simple question about a vendor that posted openly would cause cause controversy. Once again I appologize.

I just want to stress that I had no intentions of being out of line. I thought I was asking a reasonable question. Obviously I was incorrect. I have the utmost respect for everyone on this board and did not think my post would cause controversy like this. I apologize.

Jeez, I was hoping one of these noobs would stand up and be a man. You know how to get to the bottom of this and who cares what MMM says. Do what you need to do.

NOT :p

AVB,

I'm a bit confused here as I acknowledged that I was wrong and have spoke with MMM via-PM and have apologized to him in that fashion as well as in my previous post. There was no saracasim in my previous post just a general apology. If it was taken any other way, I'm sorry as that was not the way it was intended. I have indeed man'ed up to my mistake and apologized for it. I cannot do anything else at this point....

GB?

Search is your friend.

Look at the vendors past posts and comment in the ones that have info.

I'm just jerking the noob populace in generals chain.
