I smoked my first one this weekend with Peat and a few of the KC guys and it was wonderful! It had a good 6 months at least on it, although I don't think letting them sit for more than 2wks is necessary. Hope you enjoy it, these are great smokes!

Short answer: yes, a lot of us have tried them, and nearly all of us love them (correct me if I'm wrong, fellas). They can be (and almost always are) a real pain in the butt to find.

I'd say go back and buy all of them they will let you have and you can afford.
If you dont end up liking them you will have NO PROBLEM getting rid of them around here. If you do like them you will thank me for this advice, they are very hard to come by, particularly in a B&M.

Speaking of a hemi Maddie...I decided to pull out a Classic and torch it since I have more of these than the WOAM which is my favorite maddie. :thumbs:

My experience with the WOAM, has been that a little age helps a lot. Right out of the box, my first WOAM was good, but a little over powering in the spiciness dept. The second one out of the box, was 6 months old, and was AWESOME. The spciciness had mellowed out. I have had the box for a little over a year now, and only have 5 left. I just wish these little suckers weren't so hard to find.........
