Ok..Time for another AF Hemi to visit previous fallen brothers in arms. At 12:45am, I inspect this BTL with a unwavering eye. No flaws in the wrapper whatsoever. The cut was also flawless. No pictures with no batteries still. I'm putting off the trip to the store till Tuesday morning. I cant even begin to describe the pretaste of the cigar. A cup of java is brewing as I type this
and have some russian music on in the background for some relaxation and well deserved rest from my stressful life. Without further ado, this cigar was lit at 12:54am.

First impression of the taste after lighting it. Between the two styles of wrappers, produces a taste that I have found on two other Barbershop pole cigars. The draw is perfect and a nice roll of smoke comes off each puff to enhance the nasal passages with a second round of smell and flavor. There is no sweetness that I pick up off this stick. The smoke is mild and pleasing. Nothing harsh. Now for the burn...thats a whole different story. Like previous cigars of this nature, a wacked burn. This one hasnt been as bad as the other 2 I've had from different cigar companies. So in that sense, its not to bad. But I really figured I wouldnt have a burn issue with a stick from the AF Hemi line. Oh well...It was still worth it.

At 1:16am, about 1/4" done and I can honestly say...Not much to the taste and flavor of the cigar. Doesnt seem to be much of a transition nor one that I can put my finger on. Now it kinda has taken a turn for a mild, earthy taste at 1:20am. The smoke smells absolutely fantastic and in fact, if my senses are on the mark as I think they are, I can smell and taste the 2 different wrappers being burned. Even the burn has started to get better at this point which makes me happy. Definitely a good mild smoke and plenty of it off such a small cigar. I'm still at a loss for words in how this cigar tastes.

At the half way mark and its now 1:30am. The cigar burn isnt bad at all and almost an even burn. Plenty of smoke and the ash is still on this little beast.
Whatever this flavor profile that I cant identify, has been consistant since I started with the exception of when it developed a subtle earthy taste. Even the smoke rolls around in the mouth cool and I enjoy that little aspect of this cigar. I decided to ash it at 1:34am and it was slightly over 1/2 of the cigar.

Maybe some other tastes will come out of this stick but not to hopeful. Finally put it down at 2:08am when I couldnt hold it any more. The flavor stayed the same and th burn finally evened out. I have to give this cigar a B+ and maybe a low A- since the flavor of this cigar just never really lit my fire. Still a good, consistant mild smoke.

Nice review! I keep meaning to post a review after I smoke, but the best I can ever come up with is "man I really like that one" or "that one sucked", etc. I will get around to a review eventually!
