The Mythological names are an interesting bonus to the sizes and gauges. "Adonis uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper, Cuban seed Honduran long fillers, and a Connecticut broadleaf binder. A mild to medium bodied blonde cigar that will entice you with its buttery, creamy flavor". That was taken from the site. I really like these. Im not a retailer or a sales/spokesperson. Just a fan of these cigars.Check the site out, they always have specials and sample packs going on. They donate boxes to the troops in the middle east too.

I have a hard time believing you are not associated with said company, based on your behavior on the site (note the "we" in that post).

If you're going to be selling/promoting things here, don't insult our intelligence, be upfront about who you are, and what your motivations are.

The reason I made this name is due to the brand of cigar the is popular here in Cromwell, CT. The brand is called "Adonis". Adonis Cigars is where these can be viewed and sampled. The shop owner(Tony) is very knowledgable and I love picking his brains and smoking Adonis cigars. they taste very much like Ashtons and Monte Cristos, at a fraction of the price. But dont take my word for it, give his site a view. I will be posting more sample packs as I get authorized by him to do so. Also, you can expect some in a pass when one comes my way(Unless, the pass doesnt want, but thats another story)

If you are not shilling for Adonis, then hang out, cool your jets and get to know us. Better yet, whether you are promoting their cigars or really just love the heck out of them, why don't you send a few out to some of the guys on the forum. If you're here to participate in the community, then do so. If you're here to develop sales, then say so. Do NOT try to pull the wool over our eyes.

Okay, I appreciate the "constructive criticism" I have recieved about this post. I re-read it and agree that I did more than review a product. I just ask that my ignorance of the posting doesnt create a hatred of the Adonis product or its employees. I created the name Tobaccoknight on another board for that reason. I am not a distributor or a retailer of the product, just a fan. My Sigtag is updated. I will spend some more time "Cooling jets" and posting about other subjects that arent cigar related as well.

Adonis, just an observation here, what you did in no way resembled a review of a product. It was a blatant advertisement. Which is what most of your other posts have been as well. If you are just here to shill the product, let me tell you now that you won't last long. If what you've posted is honestly just a result of being overly excited then fine, but now you know, so let's leave off the shilling of those dog rockets.

A quality product, connected to a solid, reputable vendor who is a friend to (AND A PART OF!) the community (as opposed to a parasite) can be very succesful, welcomed and respected here. Just look to the way Mark (cigarmony.com) or Viper (heartfeltindustries.com) conduct their business. There are others, too.
IF you are connected to the company, it's time to own up, and perhaps salvage your reputation. If you are not, and truly just love the company this much, and the cigars are that good, and you don't have ANY OTHER vested interest in the company....well, that will become clear with time.

Okay, weve established that im either a total dork that doesnt know all the rules and cigarpass posting ettiquette, or im a REALLY lame salesman. You have all said time will tell in this. I support the troops with prayers(its all i've got to give them) while Adonis supports them with cigars, thus the "We". Ive done all that is requested from the admins about Sigtags and properly reviewing vs "lame advertising techniques". If I were truly a lame salesman, I wouldnt try to salvage my reputation, I'd cut my losses and run. Im not running.
