A&M vs. Arkansas....who wants to bet?

My sister is a Razorback graduate, so this game is much more than an Aggie football game to me, it's a family rivalry. Not to mention A&M and Arkansas were HUGE rivals back in the Southwest conference...splitting 22 conference titles between the two schools. They haven't faced each other in 18 years, and the NCAA Football lines favor Arkansas by 1.5 points...so it's about as close to even $ as it gets.

Premium 5er (~$10) per stick or ~$50 total. Straight up win or lose. Of course, I'm putting my 5er down on the Aggies....the game is on ESPN2 at 7:30EST

A&M came out, shut out the Arkansas Offense 3 times on 3-&-Outs and led the game 10-0 in the first 6 minutes.

Then...we started beating ourselves, and our freshman offensive left tackle (Barerra) hasn't landed a block on the Arkansas D-End in a quarter and a half...leaving Johnson to scramble on EVERY play.

Needless to say...I almost want to turn the game off since it's half-time, they're beating themselves and it's embarrassing. But, I'll light up a Cohete and sit through it, hopeful that they light a fire under their asses in the locker room...though it's wishful thinking.

I know I'm kinda shocked. They aren't doin so hot and I thought it was going to be a very close game. Lot of time left though we will see.

Congrats Ben...I'm really disappointed in A&M's performance tonight.
