The only reason I can think is to move them. With the rare fuentes out now, the people shopping for higher end sticks are probably investing in Opus, Anejo, and maduro Hemmingways instead of Don Carlos.

Prices are definately good, I just don't really think those are "Below-Wholesale". I think it's misleading to say they are.
