What are your thoughts on this cigar?

I smoked 2 over the weekend..and cant seem to put my finger on it.

How can such a small cigar..be so deceitful!! DAMN YOU!! Short Story..

I get these on a regular basis. It's the cigar that I smoke when the weather turns cold and the unheated garage beckons me. Great smoke with just enough character to come back over and over again. I should buy a few boxes and let them sit a bit. YMMV

I smoke Hemi SS's quite often. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a short fat one. (OK MattR, CC, SFG75, y'all can take that and run with it! :p) I love them, but I'm waiting for the day I can get my hands on one of the elusive maduros.

The natties are okay for a change of pace.I definitely like the shorter ones (SS, Best Seller) compared to the longer ones (Classic, signature). They just don't evolve enough to keep my attention, but the short ones hold it just long enough.

Short Stories are one of my Faves, and I smoke one every chance I get. I usually take about 45 minutes to an hour with them, slow and relaxing.

I can usually find them in local shops around Ft Worth and Dallas for around $5, not sure what MSRP is but $5 is not a bad price for a yummy smoke like the SS

ya my shop has them for $5.50 I get a few just about everytime I visit.

A box of these can be found for just over $100 at some internet retailers

Note to self:

Cancel Hemi classic bomb to cvmfour. :sign:

Always in the humi for those sub-zero nights along with the Felipe Gregorio fat boys.
I prefer the second lately as they are much stronger.

i like them alot. Good stick for the price. Wish I had a maduro though... yum

The only maduro SS were an extremely limited production for a Fuente auction I believe ???

Yes I know, I man can dream can't he? Plus wasn't one on C-bid for 600? lol

I just ordered one online and am looking forward to smoking it. I've liked every AF I've smoked so far (which isn't many). Mainly 8-5-8 maduros, an Anejo (#49), and one Opus X (gift from a friend). I have a Hemingway Signature waiting to be smoked in my humi.
