I've been looking at this baby in my humi for a couple of weeks now. Today is the day. Me and my buddy, Jake the pitbull, head out to the back porch for a lazy spring afternoon. I sit down in my chair and look at this beauitful cigar. It's cedar wrapped with a red ribbon on the bottom. I remove the cedar and see the actual cigar. It's reddish brown with a well formed cap and cleanly clipped foot. I could find no flaws in the construction. It was tightly rolled with no soft spots or lumps. It cut very cleanly. I placed the cigar in my mouth. The wrapper tasted slightly salty with a hint of leather. I then toasted the foot and got a faint cedar aroma rising from the smoke. I then lit the cigar. It drew easily and the cigar came to life. It was a little harsh at first but quickly calmed down. The smoke then could be described as sweet caramel with a coffee finish. It had some pepper in the nose. It was very rich. The aroma was sweet and woody. I noticed the cigar drew on its own. When this happened the smoke appeared to be the same color as the wrapper. It started out as a medium bodied smoke and became full during the second half with the pepper becoming more noticeable. I don't nub out many cigars but this one was smoked till I was forced to stop. This isn't your normal 858. The only problem with this cigar is it's limited availability. I sadly realized this may be the only one I will ever smoke. :( Thanks Moki for giving me the chance by winning your me smoke you long time contest.
