I've heard that you are unresponsive by phone, and so far, unresponsive by email. Good cigar deals you may have, but poor communications could cost you my business.
 
Don't think we have EVER been unresponsive. Maybe, on occassion not quick enough, but not unresponsive. Have YOU had a problem? I would definately like to know.

Thought I would share my experience with PMagus and the Outlet here real quick. After I sent a PM regarding the #7 blend, he replied via PM within 24 hours indicating that I could PM CC# or call them up instead. I chose to call and when the gal on the other end started taking my order she realized that she already had the order right there in front of her... as if PMagus has already gotten the order ready for her (which was impressive). She was a very nice lady and I was quite impressed with them up to that point. Order took a little bit long to get out, but PMaugus provided a tracking number and such. Total time from order to delivery is looking to be about 2 weeks, but this could also be the result of holiday overloading at the delivery hubs. I was getting a bit frustrated that the order was taking so long to get out, especially after PMagus indicated it was already out and should be here within a couple of days, but none the less, the order was shipped and is in transit.

So needless to say, I haven't tried the cigars yet, but my expereince with the Outlet has been pretty good thus far. I will be offering up a picture review of the #7's when they make it in.

Hey Imaman:
you couldn't possibly know. Since we are offering only cigars that we produce that are NOT for B&M retail distribution, the names only mean much to us. ARS is a bundle line comprised of well aged Honduran and Ecuadoran tobaccos. They are not 2nds or rejects or closeouts of something else. They are simply a line we produced in large quantity and did not put into distribution to stores. Its a medium bodied VERY flavorful line up, each with a different character depending on the wrapper choice. Generates tons of smoke and has a GUARANTEED draw on every one.
