The problem with scofflaws and ne'er-do-wells like Gary and Tone is, they won't listen to anything but a good banning. If you want to get their attention, guide them with a firm, steady hand. I don't know if MMM has any 3day vacation recommendations left, but either one or both of these two should certainly merit the usage.
