Just wondering if the 40th Anniversary Padrons are a one time deal which will never be made again? ???

They're supposed to be 1926's in a different shape, so... you could go that route, but I havent heard of them making an addition to the normal 1926 line. And I thought this was a one time release. They cant really go the Avo route of making a new series out of a particular blend since its based on an existing blend.

i picked up (actually my woman gifted it to me) a 26 40th anni .

Sitting in the Humi as we speak. I will smoke it in a cple months..it has a torpedo shape..

I have heard that it's a one time thing.

But I have also heard of cigar shops sending the empty 40th anni. trays back to Padron to get them refilled. If that's so, then I don't see it as a one time thing. More like if you own the humidor then you can refill it at will.

Is there a definite yes or no to this from an inside source or someone in the know?

This is true, but they can only do it one time according to Rudy Padron. This is what he told us last time Gator and I went to the Padron Offices.

It is a one time thing.

any idea how much the "refill" would cost?
msrp x 40?

Whatever the wholesale price is for the cigar alone. IF, you are a cigar shop is my understanding.

So this technically means one day, there will be no more Padron Anni's anymore and Moki will go into Padron Withdrawal.

Nice  I thought it'd be a continuous thing. Thanks for clearing that up

Anni's, will still be around.

40th, no.

That makes me want to not smoke them and keep like a baseball card. I wonder how much the value of a 40th Anniversary Padron would be in 20-30 years?
