A couple of weeks ago I had the honor and priveledge of meeting with our friend Emo for a smoke or two or three. What a grand time it was.

We also hooked up with "Winston Castro" for a smoke then ate until we could eat no more. Fish, shrimp, crawfish and more and more.

Hey Emo, I look forward to your new pass.

And guys, don't be to hard on us when you see this photo... .

Sounds like fun! Emo, I'm already cooking up something for your visit in August! We'll have to keep these things going year round and post pics!

Good food, good gars, great people...I had a really good time. I had ice tea the whole time. I swear! Actually no Lee...That was a Lars Air Catcher! Jerry held me at gunpoint and made me take it. I swear! Actually I was skeptical at the begining, but I took it and smoked it later that week. I didn't want to skew my tastebuds during the HERF. We all smoked sooo many gars that day. I had 1 on the way over, 3 or 4 there, and 1 on the way back.
I look forward to HERFIN w/ ya Lee this fall. Cookin something up huh Lee? Hopefully it is a Porterhouse with a baked tater and some string beans...LOL...I'll make sure this time, to get a room so I won't be driving back the same day.

My line up looked like this...The 2 hour drive over I smoked the CAO Oddessey...I couldn't resist that beautiful red wrapper calling out"Pick me, pick me". Then it was a Henry Clay in a natural wrapper with lunch, Flor de Gonzalez for the afternoon iced tea...Shortly after we were escorted from the dining area to the bar area...lol. I smoked on a MMMM......After the BBQ on the ride back It was a GPECC...Might have a quick one thrown in there some where...Didn't smoke anything else for 2 days following...lol
