Sold through CigarsDirect.com...I wouldn't buy a $10 Gran Habano...let alone one for 185k.

That's an insane sized cigar and insane price............and a shame....what do you do with it and how do you keep it fresh? Maybe the buyer thinks he can get 25,000 cigars from it and charge $8-10 a stick and make a profit!.... ???

[sup]I agree with you Jake about the Gran Habano line. I've had one and hated it.[/sup]

[sup]A fool and his money...[/sup]

Talk about throwing your money away. A better way to spend that kind of money would be to build a walk-in humidor and stock it with real HTF cigars. That cigar will look like a rose parade float after a few weeks; all wilted up and ready to be turned to mulch.

Can you imagine the size tubo they would need for that thing? This thing reminds me of the outrageous money people were shilling out for pieces of toast with the Virgin Mary or Jesus on them.....

I'd punch it with the shell casing from an M1A1 Abrams tank. With that kind of money I could send all of us a box of Padron 85's and still fill a fine humi with cigars I can't afford to look at starting with LP #9. You guys think I'm nuts, there's the one makes me look sane.

When I got to work this morning someone printed this article and put it in my mailbox. It said it comes with it's own wooden box. I'd really like to know how long they are going to be able to keep this thing in decent condition. What a waste. I would have loved the commission on that sale.
I'd like to meet this guy,............ .and either smack him or, most likely, find out what he wants next and sell it to him.

Ian

I don't get the point of owning something like that.  What can you do with it?  So much wasted money and tobacco.
