I lost my Palio 3 weeks ago and have re-discovered my SAK. A far superior cut. Far sharper than the Palio. I was considering sending my Palio back (after 3 years) to have in resharpened when I lost it. I'll stick with my SAK for a while. It is quite good.

It's not stronger. It's definataly more medium bodied when compared to the other Illusiones. It's the "smoothest" of the bunch. So if you are looking for a "strong" cigar, I don't think the MK will fit your needs.

You just got to know the right people and be there at the right time... Oh, and I smoked one tonight. They are FANTASTIC cigars. Very smooth. Very different from any other Tatuaje.

My friend said he saw a piece about this on the news. Apparently, they showed the inside of a customs warehouse where the store confiscated items. One wall was nothing but Cuban rum, the other wall was nothing but boxes and boxes of Cuban cigars. I have looked for the video, but can't find one.

I met Pete Johnson at an event a month or so ago and asked him this very question. The reservas used a wrapper that was very limited in quantity and after the 220 boxes (or so) they ran out. It was a small leaf and was only suitable in size for a noella. He said he doubts he will get that...

I haven't had the occasion to smoke it yet. Given how "fresh" the other recent illusiones seem to be, I need to wait at least a month before I do.

Hopefully Dion can answer this, or anyone else perhaps. I received a new illusione with a different band on it, a nice gold band. The cigar is called the "MK". It's approximately a 42 by 5 1/8, PC size and looks very different than the other illusione's I have had. A much lighter wrapper color...

Forbiddens top out over $100 a pop. Never had one, I doubt I ever will. For that kinda bread, there are entirely too many other cigars worth having. Or it's another rack at the poker tables.

Prices are very high, but actually less than other spots on the strip. There are lots of harder to find stuff that you won't see at your local. The Casa Fuente line is only available at the store. Decent cigars, but I am not sure if they are worth the coin. Of course your mileage may vary...
