I just drooled all over my keyboard! Victory is definitely one of my favorite brewers, and Hop Devil is no exception! It is one top notch IPA. I absolutely can't wait to try this one! Victory....you crazy bastiges!

Glad you caught them soon. Just had an incident with these little fuggers forcing my buddy and I to toss out 57 Jose Piedras from '05 bundles. We started with 100 total. Little bastiges! Have fun watching them burn and pop.

I agree. My favorite is the lancero (by a landslide) and for me it is extremely consistent. Just had one last night with about 1.5 years on it, and it was phenomenal. It is much more mellow and has a deeper richness on the finish as compared to some new ones. However, the freshies at my B&M...

Nope, it didn't rank up there even in the top 5.... :whistling: I actually find this beer slightly unbalanced. Glad you enjoyed it.

I also came across it at my local B&M, and I got mixed reviews. It's a good beer, but for the price tag, I was told not to even consider it. It's funny, it says can be stored for up to 25 years. I'm going to pass on it, unless I hear from someone that it is a fantastic beer.

Thanks for the review Justin. I agree with you, as the mouthfeel is definitely less than substantial which does sort of ruin it for me. I need a beer to fill my palate well. I will say, even though I don't love this style beer, this particular one does have a nice balance and very good...
