Last year i went on a cruise with priness and loved it. My only complaint was there was only one room that sold/you could smoke cigars. On top of this what they sold was overprices and subpar sticks. I was wondering if there are any more cigar friendly cruises.
It is amazing the differences between the sizes, i personally only like the smaller opuses . I guess i should say, from what i have had i like the 4,5 and xxx but im far from trying the whole line of opus.
I smoked a casa today(that i was gifted by a very generous BOTL) and it was an excellent cigar. I still have one churchill sitting in my locker for a special occasion.
there is really no way to "season" a palate. Some people just genetically are unable to taste certain flavors even after smoking for years. Same with food and wine.. Your best bet IMO is to smoke anything you can get your hands on try things, smoke them slow and let the smoke stay in your...
Sweet, smoking straight perique will mess you up a bit.. It has a ton of spice and fig/date flavor too it. I dont know that i would recommend smoking it straight to anyone though it actually gives me a buzz which is something i very rarely get off any tobacco product.
