Great review as always. One of my all time favorites. A cigar that lives up to the hype. These always give me a healthy buzz as well.

I was excited to try the dopplebock, but it wasn't that great IMO. I've had SA beers that had nice malt profiles before (the double bock in six packs and a Longshots weizenbock), but this one was pretty muddled to me. I'll give the others a try as well.

Worth every penny. It never fails to disappoint. It's actually a pretty good price for an big stout these days.

I bought this one over the weekend. I'm digging it, but how many different takes on Pale Ale and IPA are they going to do? The fresh hop beers, the anniversaries, ESB, etc. The Torpedo is pretty similar to Celebration, which is a good thing I guess. I had a couple of these and a Bigfoot watching...

Dopplebock is one of my favorite beer styles to drink with a cigar. I'd second the Celebrator recommendation. We just started getting Weihenstephaner Korbinian in my area. It is definitely worth a try as well.

Nice review. I've only been able to have a couple of ounces of a couple of the RR sours. And that was enough to tell that they are amazing beers.

The limited release Smokestack series have been tremendous. Very original beers. I haven't cracked the IS yet. I was going to this weekend, but it's 70 degrees outside. It didn't seem like Imperial Stout weather. Their Single Wide IPA is supposed to be out in bottles soon as well.

I just bought a bottle of this today to take to a beer tasting on Monday. One of my all time favorites. A refreshing change of pace from in your face beers.

I love this with a cigar. I tend to like a real malty beer with a smoke. A couple of store had vintage years last summer, but it didn't seem like it aged that well to me.

I think the FW12 would be a fair trade. IIRC the production level is pretty similar as well as the price. I'd just as soon have the Russian Rivers, but I'm kind of down on Imperial Stouts right now. Of course my local, Boulevard just released their first IS last week, so I did have to buy a...

I would love to try this on tap sometime. I've been a little burned out on Imperial Stouts recently, but I had a 2008 BCS last week (my first of the year) and it was fantastic.

I miss the old 750s of this. I haven't had one in a while. I guess my wife would drink the cranberry lambic. Maybe next winter, I'll spring for the 12 pack!

The 15 was a little . . . different! I loved the Dissident. Nice tart fruity flavor. Not too sour.
