That's odd, I find my CC's are better at around 59% to 62%. They draw better and are much fuller in flavor. What temp is your humi?

It not turning over sounds like a locked up motor but if it didn't loose any oil it may be the tranny. Hard to say w/o seeing where the oil is coming from. Is it a stick or automatic? Sticks are usually pretty tought to break. If it's a stick, it will be a very thick gear oil. If it's an auto...
