First cigars I ever rolled, well, with the exception of a cigar I rolled at an event a few years ago. Done freehand, no molds. Each cigar was rolled using a single type of tobacco, from the priming of 21 August 2010. The tobacco was pile cured, then fermented in a chamber at 110 F and 75% Rh...
Get some seeds and start them about 30 days before last frost, if you need seed resources, PM me and I can give you some. You can store the seeds for quite awhile, years even.
Once grown and cured, if kept in the proper conditions, just like cigars, the tobacco will have a long shelf life.
