Made it to Famous after a few beers at Weyerbacher. Shop was closed, but the bar was open. Had a Liga and Undercrown that didn't taste too well, unfortunately. At CI tonight and there's a better selection. Cromagnon and a Ramon Allones getting burned.

Flander's style is different from Lambics or Hefe. If you like Balsamic vinegar, think more like that. Sweet, dark, tart, rich. Grape skins, figs, dark fruits... Duchesse is probably the best of the bunch.
