Today I made smoked corn beef and a peanut butter cheesecake to enjoy tomorrow.

I have a meat probe one with separate display, instant read and an IR thermometer. 😂 Only use the probes for smoking, though.

Not setting an alarm for the next 3 weeks will be nice.

Schools are closed for 3 weeks but the cigar shop's still open. Had to buy a cutter since they ditched the community ones, though, so that's an impact. 😂

I work from home, so not much different. Just no travel until further notice. I flew to AZ on Monday morning for two weeks, but they made me fly back on Tuesday morning. Trip to Germany in Apr is probably off. So just more time at home.

Just met two of these guys in a shop up in Jersey on Tuesday. Nice folks. Seem more interested in talking tobacco than pushing product, which is cool. Small crowd would cater to that, I think. Hope it's a good event!
