    Today’s Smoke 2019

I smoked two different La Palina Coronas today. At 5:30 AM, after dropping my son off at the airport to see a man about a dog, I lit the Corona from the regular line. Very good morning smoke with a creamy sweetness that performed perfectly. Now I am smoking the Mr. Sam Corona that features a...

The older she gets the more she hates my cigars

I used to have a smoking room. Highly recommend it. I just adjusted to smaller sizes in the winter and put a small fan in the window. The colder the day the smaller the cigar. I went through about six cabs of Tatuaje #5s and as many RASCCs. Then I discovered the illusione Fume d'amour Laguna...

What’s in your pipe today? 2019

Thanks for the reminder of tobacco reviews. Been years since I checked it but I will see if they have any info on a replacement for Yenidje Supreme by McClelland or something close. Can't hurt to call Peretti, too.

What’s in your pipe today? 2019

How is Star of the East? I miss McClelland Oriental and I'm trying to find a decent replacement. What I like is referred to as "oriental forward" meaning featuring it like the old McClelland series. Seen anything like it? Really can't have Latakia as it drowns out the more delicate ynedje and...

    Today’s Smoke 2019

Actually, that just happened to a good buddy. Only 73, he was leaving a liquor store and was almost hit by a car but broke his hip diving out of the way. The blood thinners got him after the hip replacement. As Jack was fond of saying, watch out for that last Domino, it's a doozy.

    Today’s Smoke 2019

Old Cruzado and maybe the last. Fits my taste to a T. Spicy, malty, nutty highlights with perfect burn and draw.

    Today’s Smoke 2019

Yet another beautiful day here in Delaware. As the world continues it's relentless March toward insanity, I sit on this old grey stone with my own illusiones. This one didn't disappoint.

Smoking multiple cigars in a day

Do you ask the women? No, you seduce them. Same with cigars and women. One, two, three, who's counting? :D So seduce that second cigar with some alcohol, and your charms, of course.

    Today’s Smoke 2019

Beautiful, cool, mostly sunny here the past few days. Snuck a couple cigars in and a few beers, too! :P I was a bit dissatisfied with the Fuente SG due to construction issue. Soft spot! At least the regular line Padron is consistent and delicious. Pics are pointless here as everyone knows...

    Happy Thread

I'm excited that my back is improving since I got back on the bicycle this Spring. Amazing what a little exercise can do! :P I wrecked my bike(read knee) last fall and couldn't ride for the winter, as usual. Knee is better, Spring is here, and I'm back baby.

    Reluctant admission

It's always worse when kids are involved but difficult any way you cut it. Only gets better once you decide, though. So hang in there! One of the biggest mistakes I made as a parent was thinking I could handle everything myself. I was reticent to ask for help due to my pride and ignorance. I...
