Wineador people I have a question re odor

I'm definitely replacing the metal wire shelves based on both your recommendations to increase circulation. By chance do either of you leave your door open maybe once every couple minutes of days for a few minutes to circulate fresh air? I have a large CPU fan running once every 60 min but...

    Today's Smoke 2015

Yes it is. Very complex and it makes some serious transitions. I ordered a box after smoking that one. These are definitely box worthy IMHO. Although Nick stated they will be regular production, I can't help but think future releases will have some differences in flavor profile as some tweaking...

    Fort Lauderdale Cigar Shops/Lounges

Neptune Cigars on Federal Hwy in Ft Lauderdale is about 10 minutes at most from the main marina and beaches. Opened about a year ago and does have a very nice smoking area although last time I was there they required you spend more than $25 to use the lounge section which IMO is a bit on the...

Wineador people I have a question re odor

Thank you guys for some ideas to pursue. I blew out drain line with compressed air...not clogged and dry. I have pulled out about 75% of the contents and left open for an extended period. Going to try and isolate. Beads have no mold and there are no wet boxes. I think I just may need to get...

Wineador people I have a question re odor

I decided a few months ago to set up a NewAire 28 bottle wineador in my office at work as a temperature controlled overflow since I can't fit another damn stick in my Aristocrat. I properly cleaned the interior with baking soda, distilled water and aired it out. All is well as far as humidity...

    Buena vistas at a steal!

Lezanstar makes an interesting point regarding presentation of these. Obviously careful planning and thought was put into the presentation and packaging just to have them end up exceptional value smokes. There's got to be a good back story to these we're all missing.

    Cigar Newbie in NE FL

Welcome from a fellow Floridian in Ft Lauderdale. How our state has three crapy pro football teams is a mystery to me.

    Today's Smoke 2015

I revisited that stick two days ago after a less than stellar experience with one when they first released and I must say it was definitely better for me personally. The original one I tried close to a year ago was great, then bland, then great, then bland, then...( you get the picture). I think...

    Buena vistas at a steal!

I initially bought a box from Famous Smoke about 2 years ago before they were ridiculously cheap. Smoked one ROTT and couldn't get through first third. Tight draw, little smoke production and overall very bland flavor profile. Thought I'd save the other 9 as yardgars or smokes to non cigar...

    Today's Smoke 2015

Oh man. 10 years should have done wonders for those. My jealousy runs deep.

    Today's Smoke 2015

Really enjoy these damn things. At first I thought the bourbon leaf thing was a gimmick but I swear it adds a sweetness to the profile that's different from other blends. Also it just pours smoke and the draw is dead on perfect.

    Today's Smoke 2015

El Gueguense blended by Nick Melillo formally of Drew Estates. Solid 91 in my books. Maybe a 92 if I was drinking

    Embarrassing 8-9-8 Question

I assumed its only related to the boxing configuration and possibly ring gauge of around 43. 8-9-8 is not an official vitola in the Habanos world as far as I know. I also do not believe 8-9-8 denotes a specific profile or construction related issue. I believe I read some years back the row of 8...

    Today's Smoke 2015

I do enjoy them now, but then I did like them to begin with. Sorry my comment implied I didn't enjoy them. I actually did but had construction issues with a few ROTT and was hoping they settled down over a few months. I've held off trying another for a good comparison. They are good !!

Saw this and thought I would share

Poor Nick requested anonymity so they printed his name and the name and location of the business he runs.

Ramon Allones 8-9-8 German RE Released

RA fans will know this RE was scheduled to be released 2014. For a while, people even though Habanos SA was just pulling people's chains and scratched the release altogether. These became the "unicorn" of releases. The '99 RA 8-9-8 was heavily praised so the 2014 RE was highly anticipated by RA...
