Maybe this is just an inside joke, but if it isn't how is this post being productive at all? From an outside prospective it just seems you are take shots at others who are making a valid point. IMHO of course.
Boveda 72s? Does that imply an rh of 72? That seems a bit high for my taste but to each their own. If your cigars are smoking well at 72 then so be it. I personally prefer 65. You do know that the heartfelt beads get recharged (add some distilled water) and will last you for years to come...
If you have any specific questions about hearfelt beads, just email or call him. As for the testimonials, I highly doubt you will find anybody complain about his product or his reputation.
But if it is a bad roll then he shouldn't have the initial mostly air draw. If it is a tight roll, then I would think the initial draw would be difficult as well. Maybe it is just a lemon.
I believe there are tools to be bought if you like buying new toys, but I think Pipe Smoker's kitchen skewer might do the trick just as well. In case you are looking to buy, I think Viper at Heartfelt has some tools you can pick up.
With a small humidor, I don't think he will have to worry about marrying effect. Unless he is storing flavored cigars with his normal cigars.

With a small humidor I don't think you need to worry too much about rotating for humidity. I think my humi naturally rotates when I go digging for something interesting.
