Charlie, I remember that first photo - it was a Torano event at Cigar King in Rockland, NY and that was the first time I met Steve. I'm so sad he's gone, he was such an incredible man. A huge loss to the cigar community for sure. RIP Steve.
Isnt Shiner Bock made at the Spoetzl Brewery in Texas? I've been wanting to try that beer forever! Even more now that you've told me it's similar to Yuengling :)
People from the South and Midwest I still consider normal...now you know I love you guys out here, but I have yet to meet a normal west coaster. Hopefully someone will prove me wrong!
No prob.
City life was stressful and I wanted to try something different. :) Of course, being a city girl all my life getting acclimated has been tough...the people here sure aren't like the people in NYC, thats for sure!
Thank you for keeping us updated. I've been wondering about Toje for some time now. It kills me to hear this! I pray that he conquers this cancer once and for all and that his family stays strong through all of this.
Yesterday was a GREAT cigar day. Smoked an Indian Tabac Ltd. Reserve, Padilla Obsidian, and a 5 Vegas Limitada '09.

Hell yes!
So to finish off my list: my father and grandfather (God rest their souls), and Robert Plant.
As for CP members - Rod, the SoCal crew, Greg (bluue13) and too many others to list!
Yes, he's right - the boxes aren't airight so there's no need to worry about humidity not reaching them. I keep mine in boxes as well, also with the lids closed. Don't overthink humi storage too much, or you'll drive yourself crazy. Trust me on that!
