I usually smoke on my patio or my local B&M. The best place I've ever smoked was years ago at the Peabody Orlando, overlooking a beautiful view on the hotel room balcony...naked!

I had one a few weeks ago. I didn't really care for it and ended up putting it out around a third of the way through. Maybe you'll have better luck with them than I did.

Coffee in the morning, coke or beer otherwise, once in a while a glass of scotch. Sometimes, just a nice glass of ice water does the trick, too.

Last night, had Hopworks Urban Brewery (HUB) Survival Stout. A seven-grain oatmeal stout, finished with, according to Beer Advocate: "15 pounds of cold-pressed Stumptown 'Hairbender' espresso." Interesting yet delicious.
