  Us parents think alike....first thought that came to my head.....      

you put the cage on the bottle, insert the loop hook into the loop, pull back on the red handle while keeping pressure on the hook and it twists it all perty like.  Then you cut off the loop left over.  

  They probably use it to secure corks in bottles.   edir: haha...I need to be quicker I guess...damn work getting in the way!

It is an automatic wire tie twisting tool  that makes these on bags.....double loops!

Heck, I think I have seen it 4 times already, the other night we made Olaf Sundays and watched with the 4 year old.....of course she let it melt.,..

I even relocated my base of operations for more anonymity...someone tracked me down and blew my doors off! Ben (Modo22) thank you for the fine selection of sticks...over the top. Glad the wife and kids weren't home when I opened the mailbox or the casualties would have been greater.
