    A yearly tradition for me. A big (2.5"thick ane 2lbs) dry aged ribeye steak. This year I sous vide it for 3 hours at 132f. and then seared it on a really hot grill for about a minute on each side. It was seasoned with only kosher salt and black pepper. So freaking good! Baked potatoes and...

    Today’s Smoke 2018

    I'm not one to believe or go with the "hype" and such but this cigar is outstanding. I really enjoyed it. On my top 10 for sure. I purchased a few when they came out and this is the first one I smoke. It took me about 2.45 hours to smoke and no relights, what a monster of deliciousness.

    Made steak tacos over the weekend. They were washed down with plenty of margaritas. It was a fun one. The wife loves my homemade tomatillo salsa verde which is why I made so much lol. Take me back to this moment right now! This was dessert.
