Ok that place looks like a cross between a hoarders house, bookstore, and antique shop. I don’t think I would have offered them $390,000 Honduran lempiras, let alone $390 usd. Sometimes you walk away..sometimes you RUN… That seller couldn’t accept that offer fast enough. Can we close today...

I’m taking a guess here, but did someone move that tub and shower during a remodel? I can’t imagine an actual contractor put electrical there…wouldn’t that have to be inspected? Was this a homeowner job, no permits? So many questions lol..

Nothing wrong with remodeling! I find myself in awe of how the older stuff is sometimes a lot better than the newer stuff! Mine is a 2020, so a little newer. But even that model today is still really similar to this one. It’s a perfect fit for 2 or 3 people, or 2 and a child.

I probably failed to explain they run their own custom machining, racing parts, tuning business. I’m very proud of them, following the dream as they say. They are young so time is on their side. Just so happy in their success thus far. And man it was a long weekend! Lol! Best part was the track...
