Tom...I've always kept a good amount of varying sticks in my humi to keep me from burning out. I always have a fairly large rotation available just so I stay intrigued.

Bev has been amazingly strong. We are both very aware of what is going on and where we are in the process. Together we have made "end of life" plans and have agreed to live as though I am going to make it but be prepared for when I don't. She is now and always has been a great wife.

I would think retro haling could definitely ill effect your sinus. It is a habit I never started, and reading what you have written, I'm glad I didn't. I do enjoy my cigars without that extra evolution. You might stay away from that activity for a while and see where that takes you. Good luck.

Bovedas are constant (as long as they are not dried out). You can believe in them if in a controlled environment. Don't make yourself be in a hurry. A well seasoned humidor is a wonderful thing.
