Can anyone recommend a good AC timer to control fans inside a fridgeador / wineador... My fridge has a large solid shelve in the center preventing humid air from circulating to the top of the unit, I do have the built in fans wired in on a dc wallwart style plug, and I tried the digital timer...

Walmart sells a simple non-adjustable one for like $6-$7. I'm sure it's not going to be spot on, but you can always salt-test or calibrate it one of the many ways mentioned here. Its cheap, and chances are you've got a walmart close by ;)
