Are you using the website or the CigarPass app?

Everything is on the latest version. I'm not seeing any error reports, and I'm unable to replicate the issue. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it.

Try logging in under private mode and see if it works. If it does, that means you may need to clear your cache, or there's something else going on with your native browser.
