    Plane Scrapes Runway

I agree, in my experience woman seem to have the small smooth touches to fly a plane smoothly. I hope this close call doesn't push her away. didn't realize the flight was so short, now I agree, the plane never should have left the ground. These winds surely would have been in the weather...

    Plane Scrapes Runway

Air Traffic Control really cannot deny you to land. They most likely gave wind speed and direction followed by "use extreme caution". The female 24 year old co-pilot most likey has over 1000-2000 hours of flight time and flew left seat for smaller corporate jets. How long was the flight...

    Dogs and Cigars

I thought those are left by the "yard gar gnome" :sign: My dogs sit right next to me. Nothing like sitting on the back patio with a nice stick, a nice drink and my dogs just looking at mountains reflecting on the day.

    /waves goodbye to Gurkha's

I find that CAO tends to rate their sticks on the stronger side. The Brazilia and Italia are both listed on thier web page as full bodied smokes. I would say that medium to full is more like it. Good smokes, I like them both. I have kinda shied away from Gurkha's lately as they have so many...

    Plane Scrapes Runway

These types of landings are done everyday. The plane scraped most likely from overcorrection from either the pilot or the autopilot. ATC only gives wind direction and speed. It is up to the pilot to make a determination based off the information. I'm sure it was just more than he thought or...

    Plane Scrapes Runway

Because of the lengths and distances of most flights and the fact that the flight plans and weather are prepared by a central office, I doubt the pilot even knew the winds were going to be that bad. You could see the wind drift even with that much correction. When he kicked it straight with...

Looks like the same "starter humi" I got from Cheaphumidors. Once I moved on to the larger ones, yes many more, I gifted it to a noob at work. I remeber it was stable and had a great seal. Enjoy finding out how quickly it fills up! Nick

    Criminal Masterminds of Alaska

I'm not sure which makes this funnier the spork or the fact he didn't use the pocket knife! I doubt he did this on his way to dop off his final thesis to become Dr. Peter Albert  Nick

    B&M selling yellow banded Cohibas

Professionals tend to proof read before they post information. If he is real, go get'em. I was almost fooled by some sites when I started this great hobby. I would say that the B&M selling these is not quite on the up and up, or they would have tossed them along time ago, actually they never...
