Gifts sent to Germany:
Articles consigned as "Unsolicited gifts" are acceptable and will be allowed entry free of any duty or VAT providing the shipment is valued at less than 40 EURO.
Cigars (10 cigars total)
The custom's form description should be: "Unsolicited gifts not for resale or other purpose".
Let me sum it up...
Put whatever you want in the box.
Write "Unsolicited gifts not for resale or other purpose." under items.
Write any value less than 40 Euro as the value.
SEND IT NORMAL AIRMAIL, it wont cost very much more than sending a package in the states, and it doesn't take that much longer to arrive.
