Do you really want to know about me? Wow, you do have too much time on your hands. Well, I'm an avid cigar smoker obviously. I like strong full bodied cigars, but do not like Maduro's much - there's usually a flavor in there I don't care for - I can't really explain it.

I smoke as often as possible, and like many of us here, my smoking habits change based on personal time... some weeks I smoke 7-10 cigars, other weeks I'm lucky to smoke 1.

I've never been one of those wine review type guys for cigars... I feel I have a simple palate.. I can generally tell you if I like the cigar, and what basic flavors I get. I don't get "
hint of orange slice, with a finish of shoe leather" ;D I usually can distinguish spice, harshness, maybe basic flavor profiles, but that's it... oh and of course, "
GOOD" or "
me likey" and "
BAD" or "
me NO likey".

I also don't judge cigars based on region or price... I've smoked some horrible $20+ cigars, and some really good $3 cigars. Price doesn't make them excellent! And contrary to popular belief neither does the region of the world they come from
Just because a cigar comes from a small island south of miami doesn't make it the end all be all cigar. Some outstanding cigars come from Honduras, Nicaragua, DR.... and that little island produces some pretty good cigars too
