Hey everybody! I have had a passion for cigars every since i had my first one in Cuba 11 years ago (1999). During my last trip to Cuba, which was two weeks long, i tried 3 different cigars each day and my favorite by far was the "TRINIDAD" TTT (CUBA of curse). My second favourite was the the COHIBA Rubosto. I actually picked a humidor from Cuba that has the central theme of COHIBA. I have been using that humidor for about 5 years now and still have some cigars from 5 years ago! Every time i try one it just gets better and better everytime!. I also pretty my any size COHIBA. I have actually 3 rules for smoking cigars: 1) At least 20 deg C out 2)sun shining and 3) With friends or family.
When sharing cigars I firmly believe in people not 'juicing' the cigar. I actually picked up a few wooden/brass cigar holders in Cuba that eliminate this problem. I love them!
I also love to drink dark aged rums while enjoying a cigar. My favorite is Havana Club 15yr or "Castros" rum. It is fairly difficult to get but if you can get your fingers on it get as much as you can as it is heavenly when paired with a cigar. (Straight up as any ice would dilute it and that would be a sin)
Cigars, travelling, dark rum, beer, red wine, port, women, family, cars, working out (getting fit), mountain biking, hiking, CAMPING, cottaging, fishing, portaging, skydiving, bungy jumping, scuba diving, snorkeling, clubbing, golfing, skiing, white water rafting, hot yoga, curling, Clubbing etc.
Once you've gone Cuban you can't go back.
