I'd be interested in hearing who the slacker is.
Since you guys started a thread here dedicated to the Pool, and since several CP members are in that pool, this really needs to be resolved. If it's due to unclear rules on CigarPool's site, then M Cook needs to be made aware of that.
We're considering setting up a pool here, however I need to weigh out the pros and cons. We'll also have to have custom software developed to do it right. I'll keep you posted on that.

Oh for crying out loud why is everyone afraid to say the name!? coventrycat86 seems to be the guilty party. Prior to this streak Bill seems to have a record of registering and sending out sticks , and nice ones at that (the exception being when deadbeats win). When I won almost a year ago I received very nice sticks from Bill and more than the one stick per number minimum requirement. That being said, I don't believe past diligence is an excuse for slacking. However, considering Bill's record I would be interested in at least hearing an explanation prior to condemnation.
Wow, that's definitely surprising! That's not like Bill to slack off like this. I hope we can get to the bottom of this so we can all move on.

To be quite honest, I'm surprised you're the one who failed to communicate/send your end. I'm sure if some other CigarPass member pulled this, you'd be all over them. I'm not flaming you one bit, I simply wanted to know who it was, especially since there were several CigarPass winners on that list. Is that wrong?

Really, and you know this to be true how exactly? If you go back and look at when I won you'll find at least one CP member who never sent cigars to me. Now Rod, if you can find ANY thread or post made by me where I was "all over them" please reference it. When you can't find it, please get back to me and apologize, 'kay?

the "will" was showing consequences of what WOULD be done IF you stiffed me.

I don't have the time in my day to go scrounging around to build an "official" case Bill. After having witnessed your online behavior for nearly 4 years, my statement above is accurate. When the shoes on the other foot, you get all defensive and can't fess up to a mistake. Instead of getting all pissy towards me, why don't you just correct the problem and move on? Your actions as a trader on other sites reflects how you conduct yourself, period. Up until now, I can't think of one time in which you have failed to pay up. You've had a pretty damn good track record for a long time. I'm not going to suspend you since I'm not here to enforce the rules at CigarPool.com, however, when you fail to pay up members at CP, that's another issue. You guys are using CigarPool as a 3rd party platform in which to conduct your bets (if that's what you want to call it), and since there are several CigarPass members over at the Pool, it's only right the "slacker" was called out.
