Pass has landed today. Humidity is 73%, Temperature 63 degrees. I inventoried the cigars and all are accounted for (absent the Centurion). The box has seen its better days and the corners are losing rigidity. I will replace with a new shipping box (of course I had the perfect box I threw away on Saturday).
 
Here are my Puts and Takes. The price difference is calculated relative to my cost in relation to the cigar I propose taking. Contacted Theron and he is ready to receive the pass when shipped. Really disappointed Delicia did not show up with the pass.

One thing, recalculate the Cuvee 151 Robusto and select a different cigar as your TAKE using my suggestions above. 
 
Guys, while we really want to stick to the vendors that Brian recommended in the outset of the Pass, when it comes to an older cigar that is out of production or a cigar with limited distribution...go outside those vendors and always try to come up with 3 sources to set your PUT values. Post whatever you find and we'll discuss it as a group. Also, please don't use temporary sale pricing to calculate values, it creates a false value for that cigar that can't be substantiated once the sale has ended.

My apology on this and being a pain in the ass.
 
When bagging the Cain Daytona 654T, I noticed a residue that could be plume but could be mold. If I had to guess, I am going with mold as these are stored in a coolidor loose with no cellophane.
 
I am not comfortable putting it in the pass kit. I have some Cain Habano 654T. I inspected these and they are clean and clear. I would like to replace the Cain Daytona 654T with a Cain Habanero 654T. I revised my puts and takes pricing as below.
 
I should have inspected my puts before posting, but I was waiting to bag them until the puts and takes were cleared, and noticed this when bagging. I just do not feel comfortable putting the Daytona in the pass. I do not believe it materially changes the prices, but it is a different stick . (arguably, better.)

Gary, quick question for you:  you said to use the list price for the boxes & not the sale price?
 
For example, Smoke Inn has the Oliva Serie O maduro robusto:  List price $143.95/20  & their price as $115.95/20.
 
Am I understanding you correctly to use the $143.95 for my pricing?

That is correct...do not use temporary Sale pricing.

I spoke with Frank to see if he is ready to receive the pass when I finish with it tomorrow.  Has mentioned he will be going out of town this weekend and didn't want the box to sit outside or be untended at his home while he is away.  If it's alright with #2 & Gary, I will hold onto the pass until Saturday or Monday & ship it then. Also, this will allow me a bit longer to sort though the sticks & see what I'd like to trade out.  If this isn;t an issue, I'll post P & T's after work tomorrow & see what the group's thoughts are.
