texasaggie promised me something, which i was hoping that i could get him to do sometime soon. i email him and pm, but nothin.
 
Phil has completely dropped off the face of the earth and still owes Moki some humidor accessories. Hey I like Phil but that is just plain BS, he will not return PM's, emails or even phone calls.
 
Same here with Phil. He owes me also, NUTHIN' BIG but he should at the least pop in and explain his situation. He is good people, I don't think he will be crucified if he explains.
 
I'm sorry I've been neglecting my responsibilities, I lost my job and so I don't get much time at the computer, I've been out looking. I have signed up and am waiting on confirmation, once again, I apologize. I wasn't doing it on purpose. I would never want to be known in the same group with Phil, who doesn't seem to be liked much here anymore, I don't want to get a bad reputation, I'll do better, I promise. :)

Who are you talking to? Me? I do remember those box buys. But he doesn't owe me anything. The only thing I was involved with was the IGBC and lucasbuck covered phil's end... and got the sticks too. :D
 
Well, he owes Moki about $300.00 worth of humidor accessories.

and 15 siglo III's.

tis what i bought him

technically, 10 siglo iii's, but 5 were for phishy, and phishy paid to phil, and phil said he'd pay to me.


i bought a crapload of stuff that time.
a box of robuso series D and monte #2 for sam,

and only 10 siglo iii's for me.



come to think of it... sam... hmm
tho sam still keeps touch now and then. i must inquire again.
sam's still on my good list.

I had my first trade here with Phil, sorry it is turning out like this.

well not you... technically.



sam promised to send me a check at the end of the month.
but he said that august 31, so i assume it's gonna be end of this month.


sam's still in contact with me (as of aug 31), so everything's still dandy (with him).
but phil... any info on him AT ALL?

I would have to say that after months of chating with him in the chat room, trading, working with him in passes, this one surprises me.

Almost as much as his grace period. The guy is almost treated like a Godfather :p

Well, even PB has expressed concern in the "In search of Phil" thread that MMM found for us so, I'd bet my pal PB won't even weigh in on this one.

It's easy for someone who's had a good experience with him to say "Aw gee, give good ole Phil a break" but if you ask me, Moki has gone way above the call of duty here in restraining himself and I for one think Phil is more than qualified for the scumbag list at this point.

He's going to have to do a whole lot of apologizing/mea culpas as far as I'm concerned. The rest of you can deal with him as you see fit but I'll never participate in a pass nor trade with him or have any dealings with him where I'd have to depend on him being responsible and reliable because he has proved that he is neither.

To think, I almost send him a few hundred dollars in cash so he could buy me a bottle of Cognac and ship it to me. I'm feeling kinda lucky I never followed through with that deal because he would have shafted me for sure.

Hey Jolly... STFU!

I've traded with Phil and had great experiences with him HOWEVER.... I do not condone the fact that he's been remiss with his trades and obligations. I wish he'd show up and make everyone whole!

As for you Jolly.... who are you to say that anyone should be stabbed. Look up my thread in this room about worthless trades... maybe the person I traded with should be stabbed? Oh... it was YOU wasn't it???? Bwahahahahahahahahha!
