Well it really appears to be " I'm a road runner "...and its been covered by many many people. From Jr Walker to James Taylor to Aerosmith. Whatcha talking bout here Ray?
 
Ain't no JT in this house so based on the hints it can only be Jr. Walker and the All-Stars.

He played the sax on Urgent and his biggest hit was the large bore shoulder fired weapon - Shotgun.

You also have to be sure which version you are looking at. The Bo Diddley one or the Jr. Walker one. Jr's is different even though it has the same title.
