My first coolidor - out grown my 300 count humidor

So it is official i have out grown my 300 count humidor and it only took 2 months why didn't someone warm me . pick up a cooler from Walmart last week and just got 32 pounds of Crystal clear litter pearls this weekend. Had to buy a whole case from the fish store work at. Probably will sell the left over on ebay to get my money back. Gave some to my brother for his new humidor and my sister bought he boyfriend the same humidor i have for Christmas so i will give him some. But i will still have about 24 pounds left to get rid of.

i Hope to get this together after work to day i have a few old boxes of cigars in cedar boxes coming this week from a guy on craigslist. the cooler doesn't seem to smell at all so i figer i will put a pound of beads in it and see how it goes. I will keep everyone updated.

When I open my humidor, I stick my face in it to get inhale that glorious smell. Do the litter pearls elinimate that little moment of joy? Do they totally kill the aroma?

I'm looking for a product that is cheap and easy to get for us troops with "combat humidors."
