I guess all the riders are out riding.

It's about right for that kind of bike. Fair price, not a steal though.

And come on Ray, how can you go for a Suzuki....especially in yer neck of the woods with that sacred factory so close?

You cough up the difference and I'll buy anything you want.

I'd say that the price is fair for the year, make, and model, however the bike looks to have been very well kept and IMO this makes it a very good deal. As you probably know, the 1400 Intruder has been around a long time, the motors are bullet proof with the punch to match, and IMO a fun all round ride. I've had over 30 bikes in my lifetime, but never an intruder, so take my opinion for what it's worth. I've taken a friends 800 for a spin around the block once or twice, but that's it. Let us know if you end up picking it up!

Locally the price is pretty good as the last few have gone for near $4K, one with almost double the miles. Nationally the price is about slightly low average. We'll see how it goes.

Aw, it ain't always about price. I was speaking of principle.

That said, one thing I gotta say is that the bike looks immaculate. Likewise, the mileage is low, especially considering the year.

In my experience principles cost money and they're the first thing to go when you don't have any.

Doc.

If I had principles and cash I'd buy a BMW. Can't find a decent Harley even around here for $3K.....I don't want to be working on it more then riding it.

The bike looks great. For what you'll get out of it (saving money on gas, plus the fun and liberating feeling you get when riding), I say go for it if you like the bike.

I have been riding a Suzuki Boulevard C-50 for the last two years and have been real happy with it.

I get the go buy a Harley from all my riding buddies all the time but I don't care. The only thing difference between my Suzuki and a Harley is it's not American made and it doesn't sound as good. But the big difference is it was about $15,000 cheaper. So the way I look at it I can wear almost three Suzuki's out for the price of one Harley.

That bike looks clean and with low milage I say go for it.

Sounds like a good deal for the condition. Is that an oil leak under it? If it is walk away bro

Make sure you get down to Tennesse and slay The Dragon. I've ridden it a couple of times, great time. Incredible views.

Congrats Ray! I know you'll have a hell of a good time with it.
