The Surprise Pass

This will be a fairly normal pass of value for value based on standard pricing practices. NC for ISOM accepted. Not too much will be very high end since I don't have too much in that area (you know I spend all my money on scotch don't you?) so you'll see some every day stuff, up to some pretty good stuff.

The surprise will be the second half, I will have a seperate box that you can take something from and then pay whatever you think it is worth. This surprise must not be discussed, mentioned or inferred so that the next person in the pass is truly surprised. It took me quite some time to get this box and I am fairly certain it is something that you've never had or perhaps never even seen.

You are allowed to comment on the surprise such as, "Damn good, wish I had more", "Not worth it" or whatever you want to say as long as you don't reveal what is in the surprise box. Whatever your "puts" are for the surprise will be available for the next participants in the pass so you would list it as: Take - Surprise: Put - XXXXXXX. You may put in more then one stick or whatever you want for the surprise if you think it is worth it.


The Rules:

1. When you receive the pass do an inventory and make sure everything is there and identified correctly.
2. Inspect the box, packaging and check the RH%. Post or PM your concerns to me.
3. Put & Takes's (P/T's) should be: Value for value, NC for ISOM accepted. Anything for the "surprise" as long as it fits in the box.
4. Notify next person in the pass by a post in the thread AND a PM to them prior to shipping to confirm they are ready to receive the pass.
5. Ship the package via USPS PRIORITY and post the Delivery Confirmation Number (DC#) in the forum.
6. Don't take more than one of something if more than one is available, leave it for the next guy.

7. Pass participants must be prepared to post their thoughts on the surprise at the completion of the pass. A new thread will be started by me at the conclusion of the pass for this. Pics would be nice but not required.

UPDATE:
Due to the weight of the pass some of you will spend well over $20 to ship to the next participant. To help ease some of that pain I feel you should take an extra stick out of the pass. We are all adults here and I trust your judgment as to which stick is adequate compensation. I have informed the pass members that this pertains to by PM already.

I have received a question about the originality of the surprise and if I am certain it is real and not fakes. Tone-ny is getting a sealed box, he will be the first one to break open the seal and inspect the contents. I'm sure his opinion will suffice when he posts.
