I just received my 10-pack sampler of OneOff cigars and they were badly infested with beetles. The ziploc that they came in was coated on the inside with beetle droppings. At least one cigar had a visible hole and several released more droppings if the foot was tapped over white paper.

For those who have just ordered samplers of OneOff from 2Guys Smokeshop, I apologize. When you receive your cigars, inspect them immediately. DO NOT put them in with you other cigars.

Again, I'm sorry about the bum referral. If you have any concerns at all (and I would) call them at (603) 898-2221 ask for the mail order department and aske them to stop the order or refund your money.

Glad I caught this thread! Called and cancelled. Thanks for the heads-up, Ginseng. Oh well, can't win 'em all. :cool: They were very nice, but something tells me that I was the first of many to do this.

Does anyone else seem to feel 2guys are a tad high in prices?

Thanks for the beetle update,thats just plain lazy and negligant to even consider shipping any pakage without inspection.

Good lord you weren’t joking about infestation there. Odd since I’ve herd good things about that shop but I’ll definitely pass on ordering from them now.

and bad for them, real bad!

I ordered 2 packs of 10, just emailed to cancel.
I'm surprised they don't check before shipping. This is
a sampler pack not a sealed box.

I bought a box of Ashton VSG Tres Mystique from these guys
about a month ago, already smoked 3 from the box, no sign of
any problem here.

Have you contacted them yet about it? Have you shown them these pics? If so what was the response?

Just curious what they would say about it or how they would react.
 
That is my question century. Could they have gone apeshit like that in the time that it took to ship, or were they shipped that way? Perhaps a change in environment acted as a catalyst? Ah yes, off to search.

I placed my order on 5/1. It shipped on 5/2 and I received it today, 5/4. So, two days in transit. That was a whole lot of beetle shit for two days. My guess is these were pre-packed at some earlier time and then released as ordered. The box was warm coming out of the UPS truck. This is one reason I tend to order very little during the summer.
