I've got the pass. I'll open it shortly, do the inventory, swap out my p/t's, then it can be back on the road this afternoon.

Inventory checked out fine, everything's there. I took out my card. Am I supposed to post what it is? I took the "Rules of Draw & Stud Poker" card.

So far so good here, however the Escorpion (reguardless of MSRP) was traded at $69, therefore (to be fair) it must go for at least that price. The DAGA is very desireable, but im not sure this one will work. Lets get some info from the crowd.
 
I think you are mistaken. The Escorpion was traded for a Chili Pepper in this post.

This particular Chili Pepper will run you ~$45 - technically $43.18 I suppose. Same with the Escorpion. I'm not quite sure where the $69 dollars came from.

I'm a bit confused, can someone please help me understand what the deal is with that El Scorpion?

They have an msrp of around $45ish, as that is what was established with their release in the newest Opus 22 set, right?

Where are we getting the $69 value from, and where was it stated/established that $69 was the price it was traded for?

It has always been a standard protocol for passes, regardless of the pass rules, that msrp and rarity dictate the value of a cigar, not what you (not point at anyone here, just using that term broadly) paid for it. For example, if I was foolish enough to go out and pay $15 for an Anejo Shark, that does not mean by any stretch of the imagination that I can trade it for a cigar with an msrp of $15.

The MSRP is 45ish. The 69 looks like a mistake. I agree with you on the comment on pricing. I.e. A BBMF should be valued at about 60-75 not the 125 that Casa charges.
